Canal Quarter Keyring – Terms & Conditions

1. Discount Offer

   • Purchase of a Yellow Student Canal Quarter Keyring entitles the holder to a 15% discount at participating venues listed at canalquarter.uk/keyrings, when used in conjunction with valid student ID.

   • Purchase of a Blue Regular Canal Quarter Keyring entitles the holder to a 10% discount at participating venues listed at canalquarter.uk/keyrings.

   • The discount applies only to eligible transactions at participating venues and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers, unless explicitly stated by the venue.

   • Additional promotions may be run throughout the year which entitle the holder to more offers.

2. Validity Period

   • The keyring is valid until 31 August 2026.

   • After this date, the keyring will expire, and no discounts will be applied.

3. Exemptions

   • Management reserves the right to designate specific events, dates, or offers where the keyring discount will not apply.

   • A list of such exemptions will be published and maintained at canalquarter.uk/keyrings.

4. Usage

   • The keyring must be presented at the time of purchase to claim the discount.

   • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

   • The keyring is intended for personal use only and is non-transferable.

5. Replacement & Liability

   • Lost, stolen, or damaged keyrings will not be replaced or refunded.

   • Canal Quarter and participating venues accept no responsibility for keyrings not presented at the point of sale.

6. General

   • Participating venues reserve the right to verify the validity of the keyring before applying the discount.

   • Canal Quarter and participating venues accept no responsibility if student ID cannot be verified at point of purchase.

   • Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion, in part or in whole, at any time without prior notice.
