We're serving food from 11am-8pm Monday to Saturday, and our signature food offering is our Smash Burgels: two double smash burgers served in a toasted bagel bun, with a variety of fillings ranging from mild to flaming hot.
Loaded fries are also on the menu, along with Chicken Wings, Loaded Fries and Pizzas, all following the mild to flaming hot flavour scheme.

The Exchange is Cardiff’s newest bar, located in the heart of the Canal Quarter on Churchill Way, occupying the ground floor of the iconic Pulse Nightclub. While The Exchange brings a fresh daytime and early evening offering to the space, Pulse will continue to operate in the basement every weekend, maintaining its reputation as one of the city’s late-night destinations.
Entry to Pulse will also include access to The Exchange, creating a seamless transition from relaxed social drinks to a full night out under one roof.
Opening its doors on Thursday 2nd April, The Exchange will trade Monday to Thursday from 11am to 8pm, and extend its hours from 11am through to 5am on Fridays and Saturdays. Guests can enjoy a food offering served daily from 11am to 8pm, making it an ideal spot for lunch, after-work drinks, and the start of a night out. With its central location and dual offering, The Exchange is set to become a versatile new addition to Cardiff’s scene.
